Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRNBrandon, FL | $60-$90/hr
UPLIFT HOMECARE
is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home health services for Medicare and Veteran patients in Brandon and surrounding communities. We are currently onboarding for immediate PRN coverage and are looking for clinicians who are comfortable working independently in the home setting and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. What You'll Do Evaluate patients in their homes and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders Help patients improve safety, independence, and performance with daily living activities Educate patients and caregivers on home safety, adaptive techniques, and therapeutic exercises Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the care team Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Requirements Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Minimum 1 year of Medicare Home Health experience required Current CPR certification AHCA Level 2 screening: https://info.flclearinghouse.com Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills Why Join
