Halifax Health | Brooks Rehabilitation - Center for Inpatient Rehabilitation, located within Halifax Health - Medical Center of Daytona Beach, specializes in treating stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury and complex orthopedic conditions . A full spectrum of physical and neuro rehabilitation services are provided.

Full-Time;

Rotating Weekends Compensation:

Experience and education may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. Opportunity for premium pay on weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programs Apply a variety of therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of patients Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment Effectively communicate both verbally and written Promote evidence based patient care

Qualifications:
