• Provide quality rehabilitation care to residents as outlined in the plan of care
• Follow all laws, regulations, safety programs and facility guidelines
• Handle multiple residents simultaneously
• Operate with flexibility and shows attention to detail when recording information
• Complete assignments in an organized fashion by the end of the scheduled shift Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited program (AS-Physical Therapy, MS-Speech Language Pathology, AS-Occupational Therapy, BS or MS-Occupational Therapy)
• Excellent communication skills
• Compassionate, friendly demeanor
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
