Occupational Therapist - $5k Sign On

About the Role We are hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for an acute-care hospital in Fort Pierce, FL. This is a permanent opportunity for an OT with experience in acute care, inpatient, rehab, or a similar setting. You'll work with patients to improve functional ability, independence, mobility, and overall quality of life as part of an interdisciplinary care team. What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions Support patients with functional mobility, ADLs, and discharge readiness Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehab staff, patients, and families Document patient progress and response to treatment Manage daily caseload and prioritize patient needs Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Occupational Therapist license or eligibility Minimum 1 year of OT experience required Acute care, inpatient, rehab, or hospital-based experience preferred BLS required within 30 days of start Must be available for onsite interview Apply Now Qualified Occupational Therapists with at least 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.

Pay:

$36.52 - $46.50 per hour
