- Assess new residents and develop care plan. Update therapy plans based on their recovery, safety needs and goals.
- Work with residents on daily living skills like dressing, bathing, grooming and eating so they can be as independent as possible.
- Document progress, challenges, and improvements in the medical record and communicate updates to the clinical team.
