Desired qualifications and experience:
Valid Occupational Therapy license (OT) in Florida Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred Proficient with IEP goal writing, documentation, and progress monitoring Strong communication and time management skills Ability to adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of K-12 students Team-oriented approach with a passion for collaboration Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' needs and functional abilities Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to specific IEP goals Provide direct therapy services in group and one-on-one settings Collaborate with teachers, families, and ancillary staff to ensure coordinated support Maintain accurate documentation and data collection for compliance and progress tracking Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required Seize the chance to make lasting differences in a vibrant educational setting.
