Midweek you're shoulder‑to‑shoulder with engineering and construction teams, deploying the mobile solution, answering questions, and coaching non‑technical users in a fast‑moving environment. Before Friday, you review and tidy datasets in ArcGIS Pro, document what changed, and coordinate next steps to support broader geospatial and data management initiatives across ECSC. Throughout it all, your calm, patient approach turns complex GIS tools into simple, reliable workflows the field can trust. Core focus Configure, deploy, and train users on ArcGIS Field Maps for active construction work. Collaborate directly with engineering and construction site teams to align maps and data with real‑world field operations. Support wider ECSC geospatial and data management needs as projects evolve. Travel Approximately 25% travel to construction sites. What you bring Hands‑on expertise with ArcGIS Field Maps. ArcGIS Pro skills for basic data review and edits. Excellent verbal and written communication; you're an effective trainer and translator between office and field. Bonus points Background supporting construction or energy projects. ArcGIS Enterprise experience. Prior experience delivering training sessions. Ability to create clear documentation and job aids.
