Relocation Bonus Location:
Kissimmee ( 2400 N. Orange Blossom Trail, #201, Kissimmee, FL 34744). May be required to be float for Partin facility (2488 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Ste 103, Kissimmee, FL 34744), Celebration (400 Celebration Place, Suite C200, Celebration, FL 34747) and Lake Nona Eagle Creek (13887 Narcoossee Road, Suite 205, Orlando, FL 32832) when referrals at Kissimmee are low.
Schedule:
Mon/Tues/Thurs 10am-7pm, Wed/Fri 7am-4pm Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards. Designs and implements a treatment plan of care utilizing best practice standards and recommended techniques and modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient's needs. Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans as necessary. Educates patients and their families about treatment plans and expected outcomes. Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Documents accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.
