Great Strides Rehab, a proud partner of the H2 Health family is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric outpatient clinic. You'll help children develop the skills they need to grow, play, learn, and thrive—while being part of a therapist-led team that values collaboration, creativity, and compassion. Great Strides therapists work on multi-disciplinary teams with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Music Therapists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts for a collaborative, comprehensive approach to therapy that is focused on quality of care for pediatric patients
What You'll Do:
Help children improve motor skills, sensory integration, and independence in daily activities Deliver individualized treatment plans that are functional, playful, and evidence-based Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover at home and school Monitor progress, complete documentation, and adapt therapy strategies as needed Empower kids with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, ASD, and more
