• Full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) In-House Subacute Rehabilitation Wrights Healthcare and Rehab in Seminole, FL Position Overview Wrights Healthcare and Rehab is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our in-house subacute rehabilitation team .

This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead patient-centered care, helping residents recover and regain independence following illness, injury, or surgery. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, functional mobility, strength, and cognition Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PT, SLP, nursing, and physicians Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers Qualifications Current Florida Occupational Therapist (OTR) license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or subacute rehabilitation preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Leadership ability and team-oriented mindset Schedule & Benefits Full-time position Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k) Supportive, in-house therapy team environment Why Join Us?
