Job Description

You are a pediatric OT who wants your clinical work to mean more than isolated treatment sessions. At ZODU, your OT clients are also connected to BCBAs, counselors, Family Navigators, and a coordinated care team — which means you can see the whole child, not just the referral question. We are building an Integrated Family Health System in Orlando, and we are looking for the OT who wants to practice inside a truly coordinated model from day one.
Pay:
$40-$60 per hour based on experience. This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement. What You Will Do Conduct pediatric OT evaluations and re-evaluations — sensory-motor, fine motor, visual-motor, self-care/ADLs, and feeding as clinically indicated. Build individualized plans of care grounded in family goals and evidence-based intervention. Deliver skilled OT treatment targeting sensory processing and self-regulation, motor planning, handwriting and pre-writing, bilateral coordination, postural control, and adaptive skills. Partner with parents and caregivers on practical home programs and carryover strategies — not as an afterthought, but as a clinical priority. Coordinate directly with ZODU's BCBAs, counselors, and Family Navigators to support continuity across the family's full care plan. Maintain timely, accurate documentation — evaluations, session notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries — per payer and organizational standards. What ZODU Offers $40-$60 per hour, based on experience and caseload structure. Flexible scheduling — you set your availability; we build the caseload around it.
A genuine integrated care model:
your clients are supported by a team, not a referral list. When an ABA client needs OT support, you are already in the same ecosystem. A mission-driven organization where the clinical team is respected and the administrative load is managed for you. Growth path within an expanding integrated care system as ZODU's therapy program builds out Required Active Florida OT license (Occupational Therapist; OTR/L). Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Pediatric experience — outpatient clinic, school-based, home health, or hospital setting. Strong generalist OT with clear readiness to work with children will be considered. Demonstrated strengths in family-centered communication, documentation accuracy, and clinical problem-solving in a dynamic caseload. Comfort with EMR/EHR documentation Preferred Pediatric outpatient experience — sensory integration, fine motor, handwriting, school participation. Experience working alongside ABA, speech therapy, or other behavioral health disciplines. Sensory integration-focused training or certification About

is an Integrated Family Health System based in Orlando, Florida. We give families and caregivers one clear path to health by coordinating medical, behavioral, developmental, and rehabilitative care into one integrated ecosystem. Our ABA, counseling, therapy, and care coordination teams work together — not in parallel silos — so that every family we serve experiences continuity, not fragmentation.
