Florida Pediatric Care Centers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our growing pediatric team. The ideal candidate will provide high quality occupational therapy services to children with developmental, sensory, physical, and functional challenges in a supportive and collaborative environment.Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess pediatric patients. Develop individualized treatment plans and goals. Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and daily living skills. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Participate in care planning and progress reviews.Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist License (OTR/L). Experience working with pediatric patients preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Benefits:
