The Occupational Therapist will work closely with patients to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Requirements Ability to commute to patients home Ability to commute to cases in the general area of Hollywood, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Weston, and Miami Gardens A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. AHCA Level 2 Background check.

Availability to work weekends and short notice as needed. Responsibilities Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop personalized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities in daily living activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies to improve daily functioning. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Timely documenting visits.
