YOU What You'll Do:

Conduct initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and create individualized treatment plans Provide 1:1 therapy sessions for children ages 2-12 Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, handwriting, and play skills Supervise and mentor COTAs to ensure quality of care Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress Maintain accurate documentation for insurance and compliance standards

What We're Looking For:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Active OTR/L license in Florida Pediatric experience preferred—but open to enthusiastic new grads!
