What You'll Do Provide clinical and operational leadership for the therapy department, ensuring high standards of rehabilitation services, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes for residents. Foster strong interdisciplinary collaboration by coordinating communication and clinical alignment between the therapy team, AL/IL facility leadership and care staff to ensure timely and effective care delivery. Serve as both a clinical leader and treating therapist, maintaining an active caseload while mentoring staff, supporting clinical excellence, and ensuring departmental productivity goals are achieved. $74,040.00 - $104,000.00 per year
