Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) - Full-Time W2 or 1099 Orlando, FL | Millenia or Doctor Phillips + Winter Garden/Ocoee $1,000 Signing Bonus Available Team Pediatric Therapy is growing, and we are looking for multiple passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTR/Ls) to join our team!

We are currently hiring for:

Position Options 1. Full-Time Clinic OTR - Millenia Clinic-only pediatric treatment role Consistent in-clinic caseload Ideal for therapists who enjoy a structured clinic setting 2. Hybrid OTR - Doctor Phillips + Winter Garden/Ocoee Split between: Doctor Phillips clinic Natural environment services in Winter Garden/Ocoee (schools, daycares, and homes) Both positions are available as: 1099 Contractor OR Full-Time W2 with PTO, benefits, and HRA reimbursement We are looking for OTs who are excited to support and mentor COTAs while building strong relationships with children and families.

Compensation Options:

1099 Contractor $51-55/hour Flexible structure Ideal for therapists seeking contractor flexibility and tax write-off opportunities Full-Time W2 with Benefits $50-54/hour Compensation based on experience, supervision responsibilities, and overall fit Guaranteed Hours We guarantee approximately: 35-37 treatment hours per week Estimated Annual Earnings Based on guaranteed hours, expected annual earnings are approximately: $94,640 - $103,896+ annually Why Join Team Pediatric Therapy?
