Job description: Occupational Therapist (OTR) In-House Subacute Rehabilitation Radiant Nursing and Rehabilitation in Palatka, FL Position Overview Radiant Nursing and Rehab in Palatka, FL is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our in-house subacute rehabilitation team . This PRN offers the opportunity to lead patient-centered care, helping residents recover and regain independence following illness, injury, or surgery. Pay starts at $50/hr and increases based on experience level. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, functional mobility, strength, and cognition Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PT, SLP, nursing, and physicians Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers Qualifications Current Florida Occupational Therapist (OTR) license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or subacute rehabilitation preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Leadership ability and team-oriented mindset Schedule & Benefits Full-time position Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k) Supportive, in-house therapy team environment Why Join Us?
