Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT license in Florida (or willingness to obtain) Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering students' independence and development
Responsibilities:
Conduct individualized assessments and develop personalized intervention plans Work closely with educators, families, and other therapists to support student progress Facilitate activities and therapies targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive behavior Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings Provide education and support to staff and families regarding therapy goals and strategies
