We provide comprehensive care that addresses the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social aspects of recovery. With a focus on personalized treatment plans, evidence-based techniques, and compassionate providers, we strive to help our patients reach their highest potential. Job Summary This is a part-time, independent contractor role for an Occupational Therapist at South Florida Neuro Rehab, LLC located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing patient care, implementing rehabilitation programs, and creating personalized treatment plans for individuals with neurologic injuries and diseases. The role will involve working closely with patients, conducting assessments, and utilizing a holistic and interdisciplinary treatment approach. Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
  • Administer therapeutic exercises/ activities, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy techniques, and modalities as needed
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records To Be Successful in
This Position, You Must Possess:
  • Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license or currently in the licensure process.
  • Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist in a variety of settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and acute care
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Proficiency in neurologic
