Responsibilities include:
Conduct patient evaluations and home environment assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders Provide therapy focused on improving functional mobility and daily living skills Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Supervise and delegate care to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when appropriate Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted EMR tools Qualifications Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license OASIS documentation experience preferred CPR certification Valid driver s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Professional liability insurance is required Workers Compensation Exemption or Occupational Accident coverage Join a Network That Supports the Way You Want to Work If you're a motivated Occupational Therapist looking for flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one-on-one patient care , we would love to connect with you.
