Occupational Therapist

A 515-bed hospital in Pensacola is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its CARF-accredited physical rehabilitation program. This facility is recognized as the area's only comprehensive CARF-accredited rehab hospital and is part of a larger health system offering advanced services in cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, stroke care, and women's health. Position Overview The Occupational Therapist works as part of an interdisciplinary care team to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions. Care is centered on improving functional ability and supporting patients through recovery in both acute and post-acute stages. This role involves close collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective progress toward patient goals.
