• Schedule:

• Weekdays, 2 days/week, PRN

• Compensation:

• $40-$50/hour pending experience Select Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center!

Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands (required). We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

Collaboration:

• Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management. +

• High Standard of Care:

• Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB,clinician expertise, patient perception). +

• Personalized Treatment:

• Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge. +

• Relationship-Building:

• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
• Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:

• + Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy + CPR certification + Valid driver's license

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic + Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
