• Evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional condition to determine appropriate treatment plans
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy programs to help patients improve their daily living skills
• Provide therapeutic interventions such as exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment to promote independence and functional abilities
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment plans
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on techniques for managing their condition and promoting overall well-being Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Experience in specific areas such as speech therapy, pediatrics, critical care, or occupational health is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
