Job Description

Job description: Tired of juggling 10 patients at once? Ready to actually treat , not just rush? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide individualized care for neurological and non-neurological patients. This role focuses on helping patients improve independence with daily living activities (ADLs and IADLs) through personalized, one-on-one treatment sessions that emphasize meaningful progress and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting patients in improving functional abilities, independence, and overall quality of life through customized treatment plans Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care Maintaining accurate and timely documentation including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries using appropriate medical terminology
Qualifications:
Active Florida Occupational Therapy license and degree required Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Passion for hands-on, patient-focused therapy and meaningful therapeutic relationships If you became an Occupational Therapist to truly help people—not just manage a heavy caseload—this is the environment for you.

Up to $44.00 per hour
