We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to provide maternity leave coverage and join our multidisciplinary team. This position offers the opportunity to step into an established caseload and work alongside a collaborative team of Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists in a supportive outpatient clinic environment. The anticipated start date is August 3, 2026. The first week will consist of paid onboarding and training, with transition into the caseload beginning the week of August 10, 2026. Schedule Temporary position from August 3, 2026 through October 22, 2026 Monday-Thursday clinical schedule Friday morning treatment opportunities available for clinicians seeking additional hours Friday administrative time may be completed remotely when productivity expectations are met No travel between locations Full-time preferred; part-time candidates will also be considered Compensation & Benefits This position utilizes a 75% productivity model. Therapists are paid for all hours worked, including documentation, report writing, parent communication, collaboration, and other administrative responsibilities. Clinicians are expected to maintain availability that supports a minimum of 34 direct treatment hours per week. Additional earning opportunities are available for therapists who choose to extend their schedules Monday-Thursday and/or add treatment hours on Friday mornings.

  • 43/hour based on experience) Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week Productivity incentives Paid onboarding and training Therapy materials and resources provided Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy services to pediatric clients Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, feeding, emotional regulation, and self-care skills Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic strategies Complete documentation, evaluation reports, progress reports, and daily notes in a timely manner Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other members of the care team Qualifications Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy Current Florida Occupational Therapist License (OTR/L) Pediatric experience required Feeding therapy experience or interest preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Compassionate, family-centered approach to care Potential for Future Opportunities While this position is intended as temporary maternity leave coverage, exceptional candidates may be considered for future opportunities should they become available.
