We're not looking for someone after their next "job," but someone who wants to invest in their career and help patients understand what's happened to their bodies through their injury or condition. Patient education is the number one priority. You'll carry a high-acuity caseload at a Level I Trauma and academic medical center, with an 8-week structured onboarding paired with a senior preceptor, and a well-staffed PRN pool that keeps weekend coverage to roughly 1 in 8.
