Acute Care Hospital Occupational Therapist Nealy Pierce - 4.0 Atlanta, GA Job Details Full-time $78,500 - $118,430 a year 1 hour ago Benefits Relocation assistance Paid time off Loan forgiveness Qualifications Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description Acute Care Occupational Therapist - Hospital-Based | Atlanta GA | Level I Trauma | $6K Sign-On Position Highlights Acute care OT at a non-profit Level I Trauma and academic medical center (Atlanta GA) Acute experience preferred, strong new grads considered High-acuity caseload: ICU, severe trauma, stroke, complex post-op $6,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance PSLF eligible Patient-centered model, ~7-8 patients/day, treatment times not hard-capped 8-week onboarding with a senior preceptor, M-F 8-5, only 1-in-8 weekends, 22 days PTO About the Role Our ideal candidate has the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. We're not looking for someone after their next "job," but someone who wants to invest in their career and help patients understand what's happened to their bodies through their injury or condition. Patient education is the number one priority. You'll carry a high-acuity caseload at a Level I Trauma and academic medical center, with an 8-week structured onboarding paired with a senior preceptor, and a well-staffed PRN pool that keeps weekend coverage to roughly 1 in 8.
