Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an OTR Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in Home Health Qualified applicants MUST have a valid OT license in
Georgia Preferred:

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a Home Health setting, the OT will provide patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote independence in daily activities. Responsibilities include evaluating client needs, implementing therapy interventions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Perform comprehensive OT assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for Home Health patients. Utilize key skills such as patient education, adaptive equipment training, and therapeutic exercises tailored to the home environment.
