  • Part-time, Full-time, Contract Sensational Kids is a locally owned, community-focused outpatient pediatric therapy clinic seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for clinicians who value clinical autonomy, manageable caseloads, and a compensation structure that rewards both consistency and performance. ⸻ Job Summary The Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) will evaluate, assess, and treat children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges in an outpatient pediatric setting. Why You'll Love Working at Sensational Kids Locally owned clinic with accessible, supportive leadership Manageable caseloads with a focus on quality care, not productivity pressure Ability to create your own work schedule to support work-life balance Clinical autonomy in evaluation, treatment planning, and goal setting Collaborative, positive team culture Respect for clinician expertise and professional judgment Opportunity to grow with an established and trusted local practice What Sets Us Apart Locally Consistent patient referrals and stable caseloads Administrative support so clinicians can focus on therapy, not paperwork (all scheduling and authorizations handled by front office staff) Access to therapy materials, assessments, and clinical resources Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental delays, fine motor challenges, sensory processing differences, and functional skill deficits Administer and interpret standardized occupational therapy assessments Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy sessions Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, visual-motor integration, and play skills Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports Communicate effectively with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members Collaborate with colleagues to support overall patient outcomes Stay current with evidence-based practices in pediatric occupational therapy Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Current state Occupational Therapy license Pediatric outpatient experience preferred Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of pediatric development and occupational therapy interventions Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work with culturally diverse families Clear verbal and written communication skills Patient, positive, and child-centered approach Flexible, creative, and collaborative mindset Compensation & Benefits Full-time compensation structure includes a base salary with commission and incentives, with total earnings reaching $75,000+ annually Four and a half day work week Great sign on bonus Opportunities for part-time therapists with flexibility to create hours Clear earning potential tied to performance and consistency Paid continuing education and professional development Health insurance subsidy Short-term disability and life insurance IRA matching Paid time off Paid documentation time
