Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' fine motor, sensory, and functional needs. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student's goals. Provide therapeutic services to improve daily living skills, motor coordination, sensory processing, and school participation. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate occupational therapy strategies into classroom and educational activities. Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing clear reports and recommendations to support student success. Monitor progress regularly, adjusting intervention plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and collaboration. Maintain accurate documentation, including assessments, intervention plans, progress notes, and compliance reports. Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy through research and professional development.JOB PERKS
