Make an Impact as a School-Based Pediatric Occupational Therapist — $40-$50/hr | Full-Time, School-Year Schedule At Confluent Health and our family of affiliated brands, physical therapists practice in an environment built for high quality care, professional growth, and sustainable careers. Alabama school systems offer the opportunity to serve local communities while working a predictable, school-year schedule across multiple schools within one district. In this school-based role, you'll support students across multiple schools within one district in the Alabama school system, collaborating with educators and staff to promote student mobility and success. This full-time position offers 30-40 hours per week and follows the school-year calendar (10-month schedule), providing built-in breaks and work-life balance. You'll achieve success by: Conduct evaluations, identify areas of concern, and collaborate with IEP teams to support student academic success. Plan and implement effective treatment programs focused on sensorimotor, educational, recreational, and social activities. Provide consultation and education for teachers and staff to enhance fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, attention, and executive functioning skills in students. Ensure all documentation complies with state regulations and district standards for accuracy and timeliness.Qualifications:
