Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve ADLs and functional independence Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (PT, ST, nursing, social services) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety strategies Adapt interventions based on patient progress and changing needs

$118,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
