What You'll Do:

Perform evaluations and deliver individualized occupational therapy services to residents with physical, emotional, or developmental conditions Create personalized care plans to improve function in ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) Recommend and instruct in the use of adaptive equipment for greater safety and autonomy Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, holistic care Track progress and document interventions in compliance with professional and facility standards

What You'll Bring:
