Join Our Team at Atlanta Kids OT Atlanta Kids OT is seeking a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. We provide individualized, one-on-one therapy services to children across a variety of developmental needs, primarily within ABA center settings , allowing for more consistent scheduling and reduced travel compared to traditional pediatric roles. This position is ideal for therapists looking to start part-time and build into a steady, full caseload over time .

Contract (Part-time with opportunity to grow to full-time)

Pay:

$75-$80 per hour (based on experience) Flexible schedule — build your own caseload In-person services in ABA centers ( clinic-based sessions also available based on therapist preference ) Duluth and surrounding areas No weekends required Consistent weekly schedule available once caseload is established What Makes This Role Unique Minimal travel between clients with thoughtfully scheduled locations Enjoy a mix of environments while maintaining a consistent weekly schedule Work across a small number of ABA centers for variety without excessive driving Locations are intentionally scheduled to minimize drive time between sessions Steady referral stream with support building your caseload Collaborative environment with BCBAs and interdisciplinary teams Focus on quality care over productivity pressure Responsibilities Provide one-on-one occupational therapy services to pediatric clients Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Complete documentation including daily notes and reports Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals Provide parent education and home strategies Qualifications Active Georgia Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L) required Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates welcome Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Benefits & Perks Flexible schedule Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship Support with caseload development Why Join Atlanta Kids OT?
