Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech Therapy (ST) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide expert therapeutic services to children across various developmental stages, focusing on enhancing their physical, sensory, and communication skills. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual therapy needs, utilizing your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology. Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that promote early intervention and address specific developmental challenges in pediatric patients. Deliver engaging therapy sessions for children with diverse needs, including motor skills, sensory processing, speech, language, and communication development. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare teams to ensure cohesive care strategies and consistent progress tracking. Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with clinical standards and regulations. Stay current with best practices in pediatrics and therapy techniques by participating in ongoing professional development opportunities. Support patients' holistic well-being by applying patient care principles that foster comfort, motivation, and confidence during therapy sessions. Requirements Valid licensure or certification in Pediatric Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech Therapy (ST). Orthopedic/sports or swallowing interests preferred. Strong knowledge of pediatric physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and developmental milestones. Proven ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated commitment to patient care excellence with a positive attitude and energetic approach. Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of each child while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. $36.00 - $42.00 per hour
