Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide specialized therapy services to children in the natural environment of the home or daycare. Your expertise will help young patients develop essential skills, improve their independence, and enhance their quality of life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families while working within a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities Assess children's developmental needs and create individualized care plans tailored to each patient's goals and abilities Deliver hands-on therapy sessions focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care activities (such as assisting with ADLs), and overall functional independence Work with children with a variety of diagnoses, such as autism spectrum disorder, neurodegenerative diseases, Down Syndrome, and developmental delay. Support families by providing ongoing education Qualifications Valid licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist with specialization or experience in pediatrics Ability to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to each child's unique needs Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare teams Prior experience in early intervention programs or outpatient clinics is highly desirable
Pay:
$65.00 - $70.00 per hour
