  • Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Early Intervention Services, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance the sensory and motor development of infants and toddlers.
  • Responsibilities:
  • 1.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify sensory, motor, and developmental challenges in children aged 0-3 years. 2. Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on enhancing fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living. 3. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to promote a holistic and family-centered approach to therapy. 4. Provide guidance and education to parents on carryover activities and strategies for home-based intervention. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans. 6. Stay informed about current research and best practices in pediatric occupational therapy. 7. Be willing to travel to patient's homes or community settings in your chosen area to provide OT services,
  • Qualifications:
  • 1.
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. 2. Current state licensure and certification as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. 3. Experience working with infants and toddlers in an early intervention setting is preferred. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Passion for working with children and families to achieve developmental milestones. 6. Commitment to ongoing professional development. 7. Must be able to pass a state-mandated background check.
