Job Description

Category Schools - Orientation and Mobility Specialist Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking qualified educators for a school-based Orientation & Mobility (O&M) Specialist and Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) opportunity in Hartwell, Georgia for the 2026-2027 school year. The district is open to hiring one provider to cover both areas or two separate specialists depending on candidate qualifications and availability. This is a great part-time opportunity to support a small K-12 caseload within a supportive district environment.

May 28, 2027 Opportunity for: Combined O&M/TVI provider OR two separate providers Up to 8 hours per month for each service area Combined role may serve up to 16 hours per month Small caseload of approximately 4-6 students Students range from Grades K-12 School-based setting in
Hartwell, GA Qualifications:
Active certification in Orientation & Mobility and/or Vision Impairment required Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to support students with varying visual needs across grade levels Why Soliant?
