Join Our Caring Team!!! Therapy & Learning Center of Georgia (TLC) is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our supportive pediatric outpatient team in Kennesaw, GA . If you're looking for a clinic that values quality care, teamwork, and clinician well-being, we'd love to meet you.

Monday-Thursday:
8:30 AM- 5:00
PM Friday:
9:00 AM- 3:00 PM (early Friday schedule)
Pay:
$75,000 per year (based on experience)Bonuses:
$500 sign-on bonus + monthly performance bonusJob Type:
Full-time (W-2) New graduates welcome (structured onboarding + support) Requirements Active Georgia Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L) (or license-eligible with confirmed start date) Pediatric experience preferred — new grads welcome Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills Nice to Have Pediatric outpatient experience Experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder and/or sensory processing needs Comfort with caregiver education and home programming Familiarity with electronic documentation systems and payer/authorization environments Specialty interests (sensory integration, feeding support, handwriting programs, school readiness) About TLC TLC is a pediatric therapy practice providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis in a collaborative, family-centered environment. What You'll Do Provide pediatric occupational therapy evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatment in an outpatient clinic setting Develop individualized, functional treatment plans focused on meaningful goals for home and school Address areas such as: Fine motor development (grasp, coordination, handwriting readiness) Visual-motor integration (hand-eye coordination, copying, spatial awareness) Sensory processing and regulation strategies Activities of daily living (dressing, routines; feeding support if applicable) School participation skills (attention, transitions, classroom readiness) Provide caregiver education and practical home carryover strategies Maintain timely, accurate documentation for compliance and reimbursement Collaborate with clinic leadership and interdisciplinary teammates to support whole-child progress Support & Onboarding (Especially for New Graduates) You will not be expected to "figure it out alone."
