You will ensure compliance with immigration laws, provide guidance on mobility policies, coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders, and maintain accurate and up-to-date data on our immigration platform. You will partner closely with HR teams and leaders across the Americas to provide proactive, value-added support that enables talent mobility, compliance, and a positive employee experience. Your Mission Manage inbound end-to-end immigration and mobility processes for the U.S., Canada and Latin America. Prepare and coordinate petitions for H-1B, L-1, TN, and dependent visas, renewals, and green card applications in partnership with external immigration counsel. Oversee business traveler compliance across the Americas, ensuring appropriate visa and tax evaluations are completed in line with corporate and legal requirements. Manage global mobility programs including short- and long-term assignments, cross-border transfers, relocations, and tax equalization processes in collaboration with external providers and internal stakeholders. Act as a key contact for employees and their families through the immigration, relocation, and assignment lifecycle, providing clear communication, guidance, and support. Maintain immigration and mobility data across systems and ensure all case statuses, expiration dates, and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date. Regularly audit data quality and follow up on expiring documents or pending actions. Stay informed on immigration and mobility regulations across the Americas and ensure organizational compliance. Track and report on immigration case progress, mobility assignments, and regional business traveler compliance metrics. Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and line managers to ensure alignment between business objectives and immigration/mobility strategy. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in U.S. immigration and/or global mobility Strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws and corporate sponsorship programs. Knowledge of Canadian or Latin American immigration processes is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
