Job Description
This role is a 36‑week school‑based occupational therapist position located in Savannah, Georgia. The position offers up to $55 per hour, with pay based on experience, and focuses on improving student motor, sensory, and cognitive skills through individualized therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students' motor, sensory, and cognitive skills to develop individualized therapy plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to support students' participation in educational activities. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided in compliance with district policies. Ensure a safe and supportive environment that promotes student growth and development.Qualifications:
Valid state license and relevant degree in Occupational Therapy Current licensed Occupational Therapist credential Minimum 1 year of experience in school‑based occupational therapy Resume, active license, ability to work weekdays, and reliable transportation Strong communication, adaptability, and passion for student success Background checks requiredBenefits:
