Per Diem Pay:
OT:
$80 per visit or $120,000 annually for direct hires
COTA:
$60 per visit Per-visit rates may be increased on a case-by-case basis for hard-to-fill visits, last-minute coverage, or other special circumstances.
Location:
O'ahu, HI (Must have reliable transportation)

We're a growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency on O'ahu dedicated to home health, fall prevention, and empowering residents in the comfort of their homes. We're currently hiring licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) who are passionate about improving lives through quality, in-home and community-based therapy.
