Job Description
Job Overview Performance Rehab is a locally owned private practice that provides physical and occupational therapy in Northeast Iowa. We are seeking an individual to join our Occupational Therapy team at our Jesup clinic, where you will play a vital role in enhancing your patients' independence and quality of life through personalized therapeutic interventions. In this rewarding position, you will assess individuals' functional abilities, develop tailored treatment plans, build specialty skills, and work alongside a supportive team. Duties Evaluate and treat patients across a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional diagnoses. Develop individual treatment plans focused on helping patients achieve meaningful goals. Provide patient and family education to support long-term success. Collaborate with physicians, providers, therapists and support staff. Maintain timely and accurate documentation. Participate in team and clinic meetings and professional development opportunities. Patient Population and Experiences/Training Upper Extremity injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation Hand Therapy Home Health Therapy Orthopedic Conditions Neurological Diagnoses Lymphedema Management Pelvic Health Functional and ADL Training Pediatrics •Training Provided in All Areas Based on Level of Experience•Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Iowa Current CPR certification or ability to obtain Interest and experience in outpatient and home health rehabilitation Salary range based on level of experience Apply Today and Join the Performance Rehab Team!
