Pediatric Occupational Therapist | Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN Sensory Kids | North Liberty, IA Located in North Liberty, IA, a growing community just outside Iowa City, home to the University of Iowa, with access to a vibrant college town and family-friendly living. Sensory Kids is a therapist-owned, growing pediatric therapy clinic seeking an Occupational Therapist who values strong clinical development, collaboration, and meaningful work with children and families. This is a clinician-centered environment focused on quality care, clinical reasoning, and long-term outcomes, not just volume. What makes this opportunity different Sensory integration and play-based treatment approach Collaborative interdisciplinary team, including Occupational and Speech Therapy Strong mentorship and clinical support Employer-supported certification in Ayres Sensory Integration through CLASI On-site mentorship from therapists trained in Ayres Sensory Integration Emphasis on high-quality, evidence-based treatment, clinical reasoning, and meaningful functional outcomes Opportunity to expand skills in feeding, sensory processing, and self-regulation within a supportive, mentorship-driven environment Partner with families through education and coaching to support carryover and functional progress at home Consistent caseload with flexible scheduling Advanced Clinical Development (ASI Focus) Sensory Kids is committed to developing highly skilled clinicians. Therapists are encouraged and supported in pursuing certification in Ayres Sensory Integration through CLASI, with mentorship and guidance built into the clinic environment.
