School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) — Full-Time Lewiston, Idaho | 2026-2027 School Year Connect Therapy Staffing $46-$53/hour | W-2 Employee Flexible Schedule | School Hours Only Connect Therapy Staffing is a locally owned, therapist-led company currently hiring a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) for an elementary school position in Lewiton, Idaho for the 2026-2027 school year. We're a small Idaho-based company founded and operated by a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist who understands the realities of school-based therapy, special education teams, and clinician workload.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services within a school setting Support student participation, sensory regulation, fine motor development, and classroom access Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and documentation Maintain organized and compliant documentation

Qualifications :
