We're looking for a caring and motivated Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with children and values collaboration, creativity, and meaningful relationships. Whether you're an experienced pediatric therapist or looking to grow in pediatrics, you'll be surrounded by a team that encourages learning, celebrates successes, and genuinely enjoys working together. What You'll Do Provide individualized occupational therapy services for pediatric clients in a clinic setting. Complete evaluations and develop treatment plans based on each child's unique strengths and needs. Use engaging, play-based interventions to improve functional skills, independence, sensory processing, fine motor development, self-care, and participation in everyday activities. Partner closely with families by providing education, home strategies, and ongoing communication. Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and other team members to deliver coordinated care. Complete documentation, progress reports, and other required clinical records in a timely manner. Contribute to a positive clinic culture where teamwork, encouragement, and continuous improvement are valued. What We're Looking For Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Idaho. Passion for working with children and supporting families. Strong communication and collaboration skills. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing excellent care. Pediatric experience is appreciated but not required—we're happy to mentor the right person.
