$35.00-$45.00/hr. (DOE) Who We Are Idaho Therapy Source is a pediatric outpatient OT clinic providing family-centered, holistic care to children with a wide range of needs. Our 3,100 sq. ft. clinic includes a sensory integration gym, ADL training spaces (kitchen, bathroom, laundry), a fenced outdoor area, and opportunities to incorporate animals into treatment. We value creativity, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes. What You'll Do Complete pediatric evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Provide skilled OT services using play-based and functional interventions Establish family-centered goals and home programs Maintain timely documentation in a pediatric EMR Collaborate with caregivers, schools, physicians, and other providers Participate in weekly team meetings and shared learning New Grads Welcome!
