Job Description

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at All Access Therapy. This role includes a diverse, functional caseload with emphasis on autism, regulation, sensory processing, self-care, visual-motor skills, and pelvic floor therapy. You will provide 1:1, family-centered care focused on helping children improve independence in daily life, including toileting, emotional regulation, fine motor skills, and participation at home and in the community. About All Access Therapy Inc All Access Therapy was started in 2021. We provide Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. Our goal is to be able to offer the kids of the Eastern Idaho, with varying diagnosis, a variety of treatment environments so that every child has the best possible chance at achieving their goals and independence. We recognize that no two children are the same and for that we strive to offer multiple treatment options to make sure your child has the best fit. We offer a variety of treatment equipment at the clinic and have access to a heated swim spa for aquatic therapy, universal exercise unit or "spider cage" for supporting patients and promoting balance. These devices allow kids to practice independent balance while still being supported. Teletherapy is available when necessary. We are excited to offer community focused treatments to be able to implement what we practice in the clinic in real life settings like shopping, library, ordering food, money management, etc. We understand that therapy does not stop when you leave the clinic, so we put emphasis on families being able to get in contact with a therapist at all times to help with the carry-over of treatments from clinic to home. We also offer our outpatient services in your home care for immunocompromised kids whom going out into the community is not an option. Description About All Access Therapy All Access Therapy is a pediatric therapy clinic serving East Idaho, focused on helping children achieve functional independence through specialized, whole-child care. Our team emphasizes sensory integration, reflex integration, and functional, family-centered treatment. Position Overview We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role offers a diverse and highly functional caseload , including pelvic floor dysfunction, autism, regulation challenges, developmental delays, and daily living skills. No pelvic floor experience required—we will train you. This position is ideal for therapists who want to combine sensory, neuro, and functional skill development into meaningful, real-life outcomes. What You'll Treat Pelvic Floor & Toileting Constipation, encopresis, enuresis Toileting independence Interoception and body awareness Core and breathing coordination Autism & Regulation Autism spectrum disorder Emotional and behavioral regulation Sensory modulation and processing challenges Attention and arousal levels Development of self-regulation strategies Sensory + Neurodevelopment Global developmental delays Motor planning (praxis) deficits Balance, vestibular, and proprioceptive needs Functional participation in home, school, and community Visual Motor & Fine Motor Skills Handwriting and school-related skills Eye-hand coordination Oculomotor control and visual tracking Visual processing and integration Self-Care & Functional Independence Dressing, feeding, hygiene Daily routines and independence Task sequencing and organization Executive functioning skills Reflex Integration Identification and treatment of retained primitive reflexes (ATNR, STNR, TLR, Moro, Spinal Galant, etc.) Integration into functional movement and daily activities Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pediatric evaluations Develop individualized, functional plans of care Provide 1:1, hour-long treatment sessions Educate caregivers and provide home programming Collaborate with PT, SLP, and medical providers Maintain documentation standards Daily notes within 24 hours Evaluations within 48 hours What Makes This Role Different ✔ 1:1 hour sessions (no double booking) ✔ Strong mentorship and training provided ✔ Specialty growth in pelvic floor + reflex integration ✔ Highly functional, real-life treatment focus ✔ Supportive, collaborative team environment Benefits (Full-Time) Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible scheduling Paid time off Continuing education support Mentorship and specialty training Who We're Looking For Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible in Idaho) Passion for pediatrics and family-centered care Interest in autism, regulation, and sensory integration Strong communication and collaboration skills Growth mindset and willingness to learn
