Occupational Therapist, PRN

PRN Occupational Therapist - In-House Rehab Team La Bella of Alton is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (PRN) to join our exceptional in-house rehabilitation team. Job Duties Include:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders Focus on improving residents' independence with activities of daily living (ADLs) Implement restorative and rehabilitative interventions to maximize functional outcomes Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and safety strategies Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Participate in care planning meetings and discharge planning as appropriate If you're passionate about helping residents regain independence and thrive in a positive, team-focused setting, we would love to connect with you!
