Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Illinois. Previous pediatric/school-based OT experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new work environments and student needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services in a school setting as part of a multidisciplinary team. Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized intervention plans for students. Document progress and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families. Promote independence, participation, and skill development for students. Support a positive, inclusive educational environment.
