Job Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Canton, IL. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills following injury, illness, or disability. This role supports patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration while providing professional growth in a new setting. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated competency with
ADL/IADL
training, adaptive equipment, and therapeutic modalities preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs preferred.
Assignment Details Shift Hours:
08:30 - 16:30.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, five 8-hour shifts per week.
